We can breathe without any appreciation of inhaling oxygen and exhaling carbon dioxide, or we can breathe ourselves into awakening.
The choice is always available.
Breath by breath, this is true regardless of who you voted for,
or the color of your skin,
or your investment portfolio,
or your belief in God,
or your IQ.
The choice remains constant, from that very first inhale to the so-called final exhale, which often arrives with little warning.
As we alter our preference from being asleep to being awake, we begin to notice that everyone is in the exact same predicament.
Oxygen is all-inclusive.
Everyone who's reading this is breathing at precisely the same time; only a couple of us are holding our breath.
In truth, our primary, continual impression is oxygen, the common denominator for all humans.
We take this for granted, but it is to our advantage to maintain an awareness of this simple, essential fact of life.
We are all paddling the same canoe.
As we merge, or link, breathing with awareness, we enter the Unified Field, where it becomes obvious that everything is happening at once, for everyone.
And that the past and future are flimsy at best, unreliable.
Each inhale brings ever-fresh awareness, not recycled, stale, repetitive, filtered nonsense, but this emerging moment, which has never happened before and will never be repeated.
